During the production process, the metal is formed in a hydraulic press that’s designed to achieve the correct depth. Once the material is pressed, the shape of the pot or pan is trimmed to a round shape and the interior of the cookware is shined to achieve a smoother surface.
Punching and stamping will occur after the interior has been polished. The cookware is then placed in a chemical bath in order to harden the basic shape of the pot or pan and to stabilize the color that’s been added. Last of all, handles are screwed or riveted onto the finished product.
